BASEL, June 19 (Reuters) - Turkey's appeal against goalkeeper Volkan Demirel's two-match ban and the $42,150 fine imposed on their national federation will be heard on Monday, Euro 2008 organisers UEFA said on Thursday.

Volkan was sent off by Swedish referee Peter Frojdfeldt in stoppage time for pushing striker Jan Koller to the ground during Sunday's 3-2 Group A victory over Czech Republic.

The Turkish federation was also fined over the "improper conduct of supporters, players and officials" during and after the match.

Turkey play Croatia in the last eight in Vienna on Friday, the winners advancing to a semi-final against Portugal or Germany in Basel next Wednesday.
